The privately-owned, superior Parliament Hotel (locally rated as 4-star) is superbly located in the centre of Romania's capital city and, from its roof-top terrace, offers fabulous views of the world's second largest building, the House of People (i.e. the Romanian Parliament). Providing a total of only 20 comfortable guestrooms, the hotel and its staff are able to ensure that every guest's stay at the Parliament is both comfortable and memorable; accommodation includes satellite TV, air-conditioning and direct-dial telephone, safe deposit box and internet access as standard. A buffet-style breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant on the top floor and, during the warm Summer months, guests are able to enjoy their morning meal "al fresco" on the adjacent terrace. Serving both Romanian and International dishes, the hotel's restaurant is open throughout the day and also doubles as a pleasant and welcoming bar. (NB. Guests booking "superior" accommodation will be directed to comfortable, spacious and contemporarily-styled "suite" rooms with all the above-mentioned facilities, plus king-sized bed, jacuzzi bath, 2 TV's per suite and bathrobes as standard).
